Synopsis: The Graduate School of Public Policy (GSPP) is honored to host H.E. Marcel Biato, Ambassador of Brazil to Kazakhstan, for an engaging discussion on the evolving global landscape and the role of emerging powers. As international dynamics shift, Ambassador Biato will provide insights into the challenges and opportunities faced by emerging economies in shaping the new world order. The talk will explore key geopolitical trends, economic transformations, and the strategic positioning of nations in this era of transition.

BIO: H.E. Marcel Biato is the Ambassador of Brazil to Kazakhstan. With a distinguished diplomatic career, Ambassador Biato has served in various key international roles, contributing to Brazil's foreign policy and global engagement. His expertise spans international relations, multilateral diplomacy, and strategic affairs, making him a prominent voice on emerging powers in global governance.
