About the course
During the three-day course, you will become familiar with project management, approaches
to its implementation, as well as modern standards and current trends in this area, which will
allow you to confidently lead projects to success. You will study key documents that define
the strategy and direction of projects, and gain practical skills that you can immediately apply
in your work.The course will also help you develop project manager competencies, build
confidence in solving complex problems and increase your value as a professional.
How the training is conducted: A three-day interactive in-person seminar in Astana,
including lectures, case discussions, exercises, simulations, and work with Microsoft Project
