Nazarbayev University invites high school students, parents, and all interested guests to NU Day - a major annual event that brings the NU experience to everyone!
Visitors will enjoy a rich program from 11:00 to 17:00, offering something for every curious mind. The event will open with a welcome speech from the university leadership and an introductory presentation about NU. After that, participants will explore a series of thematic sessions:
• Humans 2.0: Careers in the Age of AI — talks on the future of professions, the role of artificial intelligence, engineering, and scientific research.
• Young Boss: How Leaders Rise — presentations on leadership, decision-making, and the impact of public policy.
• Student Life & Alumni Talks — insights into the student experience, career development, and life after graduation.
• Eat Like a Nomad and GeoAdventures — short, engaging lectures on steppe medicine, geology, petroleum engineering, and the world beneath our feet.
• Admissions Workshop — a practical session guiding applicants through the application and submission process.
Guests will also enjoy a prize-filled quiz, the chance to meet NU faculty and students, and a digital lottery to close the event.
NU Day is a unique opportunity to discover NU’s schools and programs, engage with professors and students, get answers to your admission questions, and feel the spirit of the NU community.
