On December 8, 2019, the winners of the “Elorda zhastary syilygy” competition were announced.
This competition was to honor the capital city’s young talent – those aged from 14 to 29 years old – and there were 15 nomination categories. Kuanysh Yersakhanov, senior manager of NU Library and IT Services won in the category “Science”.
He has been working at NU for a year, dealing with web project analytics and front-end site development, actively participating in the organization of the University’s international conferences, training staff and providing technical support for the University’s websites.
It is noteworthy that there were more than 1000 applications to participate in the contest. Winners were awarded a cash prize and a trophy cup.
