In celebration of International Open Access Week, the Nazarbayev University Library invites all NU community members to participate in our Instagram Reels Contest!
This year’s theme is “WHO OWNS OUR KNOWLEDGE?” A powerful question that invites us to reflect on how research and information should be shared and accessed.
Create a short video (up to 2 minutes) that explores this theme. Your reel can:
• Explain the meaning of open access and why it matters
• Show how open access empowers research and education
• Share your personal view on who should have access to knowledge
• Use storytelling, humor, or creativity to make the message engaging
The most original and impactful reels will be featured on the NU Library Instagram page, and winners will receive special prizes!
