Share this articleNU has opened a new winter park located near the Pyramid on the campus territory.
This is the first winter zone in Astana that offers a blend of classic winter sports and entertainment. All Astana residents can enjoy skating, inflatable tubing, quad biking, and snowmobiling at the NU Winter Park. Free skates and tubing rentals were offered on the opening day to celebrate the launch.
“This park is a recreational eco-zone for the residents and visitors to our capital. We’ve ensured free access to its territory and installed infrastructure for winter sports, giving people the opportunity to have fun, improve their health outdoors, and enjoy quality time with their families,” said NU Vice President Darkhan Bilyalov.
Conveniently located, the park is accessible from both Kabanbay Batyr and Turan Avenues, making it easy for everyone to join in the winter fun.
