Partnerships, Networks and Collaborative arrangements have emerged as an essential policy tool to deliver public value in emerging economies despite their high failure rate and limited evidence on their effectiveness. Partner opportunism has been identified as one of the key reasons for the failure of partnerships. However, how organizations manage partner opportunism in the context of institutional void remains unexplored.
