Dr. Marcelo Lopez embarked on his education career in the 1990s, teaching English as a Foreign Language and Spanish to a diverse range of learners in Mexico. Since then, he has broadened his expertise to encompass curriculum development, teacher training, and educational materials creation, significantly enhancing teaching practices across various educational settings.
In his research endeavors, Dr. Lopez has focused on challenging environments, particularly rural schools, gaining a profound understanding of their unique challenges and opportunities by engaging with stakeholders. This insight has empowered him to spearhead community development initiatives through tailored strategies.
Dr. Lopez holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Mexico, a master’s degree in Marketing from the UK, and a PhD in Education from Kazakhstan. With over three decades of teaching experience, he is a certified language instructor (CELTA) and a skilled cross-cultural trainer, facilitating effective communication across cultural divides.
