Anara Serikbayeva, a NU graduate from Pavlodar, tells about how university helped her with scientific research on anticancer medicines.
Anara Serikbayeva is a graduate student of NU from Pavlodar. She studies cell biology, makes important and complicated research in laboratory, where she uses confocal microscope. As Anara says, at foreign universities students have to pay money to use the kind of microscope, for every single experiment. In case of NU, students have free access to modern laboratory equipment 24 hours. Thus, Anara could conduct complicated scientific experiments with anticancer drugs; and probably in the nearest future she will find effective treatment against this disease.
