On October 4, 2019, NU (NU) held an on-campus event called the Day of Embassies. The event was attended by about 50 representatives from 29 Embassies.
On October 4, 2019, NU (NU) held an on-campus event called the Day of Embassies. The event was attended by about 50 representatives from 29 Embassies. Visiting diplomats had the opportunity to learn more about the activities of the university, and the event helped to further develop cooperation between the university and the diplomatic community.
The President of NU, Shigeo Katsu opened the event with a welcoming speech. He told the guests about the innovations and achievements of NU, and also expressed gratitude to representatives of foreign diplomatic missions for their cooperation and their contribution to promoting the NU brand abroad.
As a result of the event, a number of embassies (diplomats) came up with ideas and proposals for expanding and developing mutually beneficial cooperation.
