NU actively engages in experience sharing practices with various universities in Kazakhstan: pedagogy, education and research methods. The process is well described and elaborated in its development strategy within the reforms in higher education of Kazakhstan. Besides the appointment of NU employees and alumni to managerial positions in other universities, there are numerous joint research projects and workshops going on regularly. For example, NU Graduate School of Education developed the program with more than 13 thousand faculty members and top managers from local universities and schools who have participated in executive education and short-term courses at NU over the 4-year period. Around 3 thousand kindergarten and school teachers completed teaching strategy courses in inclusive education. Read more here.
