Ahmet Aypay is presently serving as a Professor at NU Graduate School of Education in Kazakhstan. His research focuses on Educational Policy, Educational Leadership and Higher Education. His ongoing research project centers around the exploration of regional universities in Kazakhstan, focusing on factors such as academic development, regional impact, and educational strategies. His academic interests encompass the dynamics of higher education in regional contexts, and he serves as the principal investigator in this research endeavor.
