We are excited to invite you to the guest lecture "Improving Investment Attractiveness in the Republic of Kazakhstan: The AIFC Court and IAC" by Mr. Christopher Campbell-Holt, the Registrar and Chief Executive of the AIFC Court and IAC. The presentation will cover the common law and the procedures and practices at the AIFC Court and IAC and the significance of these initiatives to build trust and confidence with foreign investors to attract investment to the Republic of Kazakhstan.
About the Speaker:
Mr. Campbell-Holt is the Registrar and Chief Executive of the AIFC Court and IAC. He is also the Enforcement Judge of the AIFC Court. He is responsible for the day-to-day management and administration of the AIFC Court and IAC and case management. As an Enforcement Judge, he is responsible for issuing execution orders of AIFC Court judgments and orders. He managed the establishment of the AIFC Court and IAC from the initial concept to recognized premier international dispute resolution institutions in Eurasia and is well known for having advised similar initiatives in other countries.
