About the speaker: Dr. Serik Orazgaliyev is an Associate Professor at Nazarbayev University Graduate School of Public Policy (NU GSPP) and Acting Chair at the Sustainable Development Solutions Network (SDSN) country chapter in Kazakhstan. He held visiting professor positions at Lee Kuan Yew School of Public Policy, National University of Singapore (2017) and at the Center for International Development and Environmental Research, Justus Liebig Universität (Germany, 2024). He holds a PhD degree in Development Studies from University of Cambridge and an LLM (Master of Laws in Public Law and Global Governance) from King's College London.
