GMK talks: opportunities for startups in the mining and metallurgical complex

Dear friends, on June 27 at 17:00 there will be a panel discussion on the topic “GMK talks: opportunities for startups in the mining and metallurgical complex”
The mining industry is one of the competitive areas in Kazakhstan and plays an important role in the development of many factors of the state. That is why we have invited experts in this area to share their knowledge.
The speakers will discuss solutions to the main problems and needs in mining through startups and innovative implementations.
The speakers are:

  • Alibek Katykbayev - Deputy General Director of the private company Brandt, which successfully develops gold deposits in the Kostanay region. He has a lot of experience behind him, because he worked a lot of time at Kazzinc, the leader in gold production in Kazakhstan.
  • Berik Sagitov - the chief expert of the Export Support Department of the Dragmet Association since September 2021. He also worked in the structure of the Industrial Development Committee of the Ministry of Industry and Infrastructural Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
  • Nurlan Jalkibayev - a senior manager of corporate acceleration at NURIS, which is engaged in the implementation of innovative solutions at manufacturing enterprises in Kazakhstan.
