“Sustainable lifestyle" training course will introduce you to the basic principles of conscious consumption and provide you with all the necessary tools for a sustainable shopping routine. You will learn how to choose sustainable products, sustainable packages and how to reduce the amount of single use packaging, properly sort garbage, celebrate eco-friendly and much more. Classes include lectures and practical tasks.
The training program consists of the following modules: Waste sorting and types of waste; Composting; Responsible Purchasing; Ecolabels; Water and energy saving; Eco-friendly Holidays; Sustainable decluttering.
Trainer: Maryam Kassymova, certified eco-trainer, eco-ambassador of the Ministry of Ecology, Geology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
